F) It is the responsibility of the subscriber to check the accuracy of all the horse and race information provided by Odds Tracker against all TAB sheets, as Odds Tracker accepts no liability for any inaccuracies provided by its service.

G) Odds Tracker unequivocally accepts no responsibility or liability for the failure of its user to receive the information when Odds Tracker sends Odds information to the user.

H) Odds Tracker defines the user of the service to be the owner of the mobile phone device in which the service is being used
